Shauna Gibby loves being a mother and grandmother; she and her husband, John, have five children and (currently) sixteen grandchildren. She has a degree in psychology and art from Weber State University and works as a designer at Deseret Book Company. She has written the previous Flashlight Discovery Book Heroic Stores from the Book of Mormon, several stories for LDS Living and the Friend magazine, as well as the eBook FHE from A to Z.

Bryan Beach lives and works in Bountiful, Utah, with his artist wife, Pamela, their one son and five daughters. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Utah State University in 2001 and has always loved to draw and paint. He enjoys and is inspired by midcentury modern art, architecture, animation, advertising, and furniture. In his free time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and playing rock guitar, jazz piano, and bluegrass banjo.
