Kimberly McCallie

With a Bachelor's Degree in English, Kimberly began writing the food blog, A Well-Seasoned Life, in 2010. From 2011-2012, She wrote a weekly food blog for her local newspaper, Effingham Now, a branch of the Savannah News Press. The Seasoned Skillet is her second cookbook. Her first cookbook, Southern on a Shoestring, was published in June 2016. Throughout the years, Kimberly has worked both outside of the home and as a stay-at-home mom, both positions affording her the opportunity to create frugal yet delicious recipes. She lives near Savannah, Georgia with her husband and their two sons, ages 12 and 14.
